Confirm proof of delivery of express consignments to outlying and remote areas within
Southern Africa accurately.

Solution

A unique Proof of Delivery Digital Form was created and the driver would simply
complete the form with a digital pen and then submit the duly completed form. FnF
would receive the image of the form with the pertinent information in xml for
verification. Staff at FnF immediately verify the data and then accept the xml into their
system. The delivery and back stamps are automatically updated and the confirmation
sent back to their client. The solution has also been tailored to specific client’s contract
logistics forms.
