Problem

Allow sales representatives to submit their client’s chemicals orders in real time with a
high level of accuracy.

Solution

We created unique Digital Order Book and the SAFIC sales representative would
complete the order form with a digital pen and then submit the duly completed form.
SAFIC would receive the image of the form with the pertinent information in xml for
verification. Staff at SAFIC immediately verify the data and then accept the xml into
their BAAN erp system. This automatically updates the order status and confirms that
the order is being processed back to the sales representative.
